It teaches you how to return to balance physically, mentally, and spiritually through mindful motion and conscious breath. How to Join
Weekly live classes are offered online and in-person in Olympia, Washington. Each session lasts about 60 minutes and welcomes students of all experience levels.
For those seeking a more personalized experience, private Qigong sessions are available. These one-on-one classes are tailored to your goals, energy, and pace, allowing deeper focus and integration.

Meet Thomas
My name is Thomas M. Wurm and my path has been forged in both fire and stillness. For 14 years I worked as a wildland firefighter, carrying heavy burdens and pushing beyond limits. That experience taught me resilience and grit, but it also showed me the cost of silence and the weight men carry inside.
The search for healing led me into deep inner work where neuroscience, Qigong, and ancient practices like Hawaiian Huna come together to free what the body holds. As a Certified Holden Qigong Instructor and Master Practitioner of Mental & Emotional Release® and NLP, I guide people through the layers of trauma, stress, and old patterns so they can reconnect with clarity, strength, and truth.
