Descending from revered families and teachers like the Bray and James families, with influences from masters such as Uncle George Na'ope and Kumu John Ka'imikaua, this tradition—known as Ho'omana ("to make mana" or life force energy), offers profound tools for healing, alignment, and personal transformation.
In the first part of the session, we'll discuss the foundational Huna model of the three minds (unihipili/subconscious, uhane/conscious, and aumakua/higher self) and the four bodies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual). You'll learn about the trickle-down effect, how energy and awareness flow from the higher self through the unconscious mind into the conscious mind and physical body, creating harmony or revealing blockages when misaligned.
We'll then provide a brief explanation of Higher Self Therapy (Ho'oku'u), a powerful Huna technique that connects you directly to your aumakua, the utterly trustworthy, divine aspect of self, for healing, release, and restoration of balance across all levels.

Journey to Higher Self & Sound Bath Integration

Rooted in a sacred lineage connected to the last Kahuna of the Big Island and specialized in energy psychology, this process supports the clearing of stored emotions, outdated conditioning, and energetic imprints that no longer serve you.
The afternoon begins with an overview of the ancient frameworks of the mind and the Ho‘oku‘u release process. You’ll gain insight into how emotional blocks and belief patterns form and how they can be gently and intentionally released.
You will then be guided step-by-step through the Ho‘oku‘u practice itself, safely connecting with Higher Self awareness as you clear anger, fear, guilt, sadness, and old patterns held in the body and subconscious.

The Story Behind the Work
My name is Thomas Wurm, and my path has been forged by fire and pain. For 14 years, I worked as a wildland firefighter, carrying heavy burdens and pushing beyond limits. That experience taught me resilience and grit, but it also showed me the cost of silence and the weight I carried when I hid my pain.
The search for healing led me into personal development and alternative medicine as I battled chronic stress and physical pain. I found neuroscience, integrative psychology, and ancient energy practices that helped me heal.
And now I guide men that are suffering in silence and have nowhere to turn, so they can own their pain and turn it into strength and power.
